Optimized cross-section design, strong bearing capacity The profile concentrates the material at the stress-bearing part through special sections (such as H-shaped steel, I-beam, angle steel), and achieves higher bending and torsional strength with less material.
Steel plate production process
Furnace charge ratio: According to the material of the steel plate (such as Q235 carbon steel, 304 stainless steel, 5160 spring steel), iron ore, scrap steel, and alloy elements (chromium, nickel, manganese, etc.) are put into the electric arc furnace or converter for smelting in proportion. Manufacturing process of stainless steel pipe
Steelmaking and billet casting The main components of stainless steel include iron, chromium (≥10.5%), nickel and other alloy elements (such as 304 stainless steel contains 18% chromium + 8% nickel). It is smelted by electric arc furnace or medium frequency furnace to control the carbon content (such as food grade 316L carbon content ≤0.03%) to improve corrosion resistance. The molten steel is cast into round billets (diameter 50-300mm) or square billets by continuous casting machine as raw materials for pipe making.
Advantages of Carbon Steel Coil
The tensile strength and yield strength of carbon steel coils increase with the increase of carbon content (such as the tensile strength of Q235 carbon steel is 375-500MPa, and Q355 carbon steel can reach 470-630MPa), which is suitable for manufacturing high-load structural parts such as building frames, bridge steel beams, and mechanical bases.
