Z275 Galvanized Coil

The galvanized steel coil Z275 is a double-sided galvanized carbon steel sheet. This is produced by a metal coating process that passes cold rolled coils through a bath filled with molten zinc. This continuous hot-dip plating or also known as electro-galvanizing is the main process that these carbon steel sheets must go through to produce coils and galvanized sheets. The process consists of applying zinc by electrolytic treatment. After the sheet is subjected to this treatment, a layer of zinc is adhered to the base metal through the iron and zinc bonding layer.

AZ150 Galvalume Steel Coil

The thickness of AZ150 coating is 18 microns on one side and 36 microns on both sides. The coating alloy of the steel consists of 55% aluminium, 43.4 zinc and 1.6 silica. This coating of steel acts as a passive barrier to general corrosion. Once the sheet is exposed to electrolyte or moisture, another coating may form a galvanic cell. This exposure results in spillage of zinc ions and corrosion protection of the exposed steel. It also helps protect steel from trimmed edges and scratches.

201 Stainless Steel Coil

Type 201 stainless steel is an austenitic chromium-nickel-manganese stainless steel, which is developed to save nickel. Type 201 is a low-cost alternative to traditional Cr-Ni stainless steels such as 301 and 304. The nickel is replaced by added manganese and nitrogen. It cannot be hardened by heat treatment, but can reach high tensile strength by cold working. Type 201 is essentially non-magnetic in the annealed condition and becomes magnetic upon cold working.
